  2. Territorial objections : A note refers to the United Kingdom's territorial objections and declarations regarding Hong Kong, available in the "Historical Information" section of the front matter of this volume..
  3. Czech Republic and Slovakia : For historical information on the relations and commitments of the Czech Republic and Slovakia, see note 1 under the respective entries in the "Historical Information" section of the preliminary pages.
  4. Arrangement between Switzerland and Liechtenstein : In 1936, Switzerland confirmed that Swiss narcotics legislation also applied to Liechtenstein under their 1923 Customs Union Treaty, making separate accession by Liechtenstein to international narcotics conventions unnecessary.
  5. Reapplication of the Convention by Germany : The German Democratic Republic declared the reapplication of the Convention as from 7 April 1958. The Federal Republic of Germany replied that, in relations between the two Germanys, this effect does not extend beyond 21 June 1973. The German Democratic Republic asserted its right to determine the date of reapplication of the Convention.

These final notes provide an overview of the discussions, objections, and agreements on the implementation and application of various international conventions, particularly those relating to the regulation of narcotic drugs.
