❌ No returns or exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

  • Please check your order carefully before confirming.

📦 International shipments with tracking (excluding Switzerland)

  • If you selected a shipping with tracking number from EU, your order is insured up to CHF 250.- in case of loss.

  • In this case, a free return of the goods may be considered after verification with the carrier.

⚠️ Orders sent from Switzerland to the EU

  • Orders shipped from Switzerland to the European Union are neither insured nor refundable, even in the event of loss or non-delivery.

  • Please make sure you choose the shipping option from the EU if you wish to benefit from coverage.
