🌍 Shipping Policy
High Sticky Crew ships primarily from Switzerland, both within Switzerland and to the international destinations available at checkout. If an alternative shipping origin is offered, it is specified in the relevant shipping option.
Available shipping rates and delivery options depend on your destination and order value. The thresholds below apply after discounts and exclude shipping charges.
📦 Order Preparation
Orders are usually prepared within approximately 2 business days after payment is received. Preparation times may vary depending on order volume and postal drop-off schedules.
The transit times listed below are estimates. They begin when the shipment is handed over to the carrier and are additional to the order preparation time.

Economy Shipping
- CHF 4.– for orders under CHF 125.–
- Free for orders of CHF 125.– or more
- Estimated transit time: 3 to 5 business days
Priority Shipping
- CHF 6.– for orders under CHF 125.–
- CHF 2.– for orders of CHF 125.– or more
- Estimated transit time: 2 to 3 business days
Priority Shipping refers to the postal transit service. It is not an express delivery service and does not automatically include a tracking number.

- CHF 5.– for orders of CHF 125.– or more
- Estimated transit time: 5 to 10 business days
Economy Shipping — Untracked

- Free for orders of CHF 125.– or more
- Estimated transit time: 5 to 10 business days

Important: orders shipped from Switzerland may incur import charges upon arrival in France. These charges are not included in the shipping rates listed above. Free shipping does not mean that import charges are covered.
Customs inspections and import procedures may extend transit times.

Shipping rates and delivery options may vary by country. Available options and their prices are displayed at checkout once you have entered your shipping address.
🛃 Customs and Import Charges
For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes and carrier handling fees are the recipient’s responsibility, unless explicitly stated otherwise when placing the order.
These charges depend on factors including the destination country, the contents and the value of the shipment. Payment may be requested before or upon delivery.
Paying import charges does not guarantee a delivery date.
🔎 Tracking and Delivery Issues
For tracked shipments, a tracking number is provided after dispatch. Tracking alone does not mean that the full order value is insured.
Untracked shipments cannot be located while in transit.
